Connell Resources is an 8,000 SF pre-engineered metal building consisting of a mixture of CMU block wainscot with precast concrete wainscot cap and quoins at the corners of the building, stucco wall finish and architectural metal panel veneer. A large shop area houses two cranes capable of running the length of the shop (installed after pictures were taken). The exterior building design, finish materials, and colors are meant to match and be somewhat of a “sister building” to the existing building adjacent and directly to the west. Despite this, the interior design is a complete upgrade from the existing building due to its abundance of office space, classy restrooms, and a full break room.
